Homeschooling High School

Help for Teens and Parents

homeschool high school

Homeschooling high school? That sounds scary!
You've made it through the elementary and middle school years and are now wondering about how to homeschool high school. Congratulations!

Whether you've had you kids at home for years or you are just starting your journey, high school home schooling can be a little scary. You only have a few more years until they are off to college or enter the workforce and you want them to be prepared.

How do you set goals? How do you know what to teach? How can you find an apprenticeship? How do you write a transcript for college? How do you find scholarships? The questions really seem to pile up.

Since my children have not reached this stage in their education, Deborah Erbach Burger has graciously agreed to contribute articles to help answer some of these teen and high school specific questions.

Deb is a "retired" homeschooling mother of four grown children. For over ten years, she has been a popular speaker in the Southeastern United States on a variety of homeschool topics. Some of her most popular classes cover homeschooling for high school students. Deb provides a number of great booklets and services that are valuable to homeschoolers. Read Deb's complete biography and see her booklist here. or contact her at cerdeb@gmail.com. for information on her books, services and speaking schedule.
